Johnson Family
315 Mayor Lane
Cheyenne is 23, Steven is 24, Steven jr is 1
Cheyenne thought the helicopter was a bit much, Moon Island was a freaking island it didn't warrant a helicopter to work. A very short ferry ride, maybe but not all of this. Cheyenne could only think of all the taxes dollars that were being wasted but she was also grateful to have a ride because if she had to 'swim' to work like the last mayor she might have already quit.
While Cheyenne was complaining about taxes dollars and helicopters Steven was getting munchkin ready for daycare.
Steven: Alright buddy, drink your milk and then we are off okay? Mommy will pick you up tonight.
Steven Jr just smiled at his daddy. He understood what his daddy was saying but he didn't get why there was so much rush. His parents were always in a rush in the morning.
After Steven got home from work so he could take care of Jr, Cheyenne went to the new community garden that had just been open. She was very pleased with what she saw. Everything look mouth watering and now everyone in town could have fresh food when they wanted it. Call her a socialist but when you lived on a small island and your closest town was BWS which was 120 miles away the food stopped being so fresh.
Upon returning home Missy was waiting for the mayor. Cheyenne sighed, Missy was always drama.
Missy: Oh Chey, I'm glad I caught you. I need to speak to you about our little crime problem..
Cheyenne rolled her eyes, The Wool family has had problems with the Bishops for a while now. As Chey heard it, it was all over a misunderstanding.
Cheyenne: If you are going to keep accusing them of being in the Crime business I am going to need some proof Missy. I can't and WONT just make a very wealthy family, whom by the way funded the new daycare in town as well as the community garden, leave town because your wife claims the young Donnie boy hit her and then Mr. Bishop threatened her. If these things are true, how come she didn't go to the police? Where are the marks?
Missy rolled her eyes, it was a well known fact that Cheyenne had ties to the Bishops. What a crook mayor.
Missy: Whatever Mayor Cheyenne! No matter what I or my family say you will always take their side but just you wait, I am going to become powerful enough to stop them and YOU!
Cheyenne didn't take to threats to kindly and stepped closer to the older woman.
Cheyenne: You are in your mid to late 30s and are at the bottom of the rung as far as politics go, I would watch who you threaten, especially seeing as you just accused the Bishops of this very thing Missy Nicole Wool.
Missy hightailed it off the Mayors' porch faster then she ever had before and got home in record time. Missy had made a grave mistake, one she might pay dearly for.
Everything went all good until the next morning when Cheyenne started to feel sick, The feeling was familiar and she knew she needed to get to the hospital for a test. This was not in her plans but what could she do about it now.
Cheyenne didn't want to tell her husband until she was 100 percent sure, she knew he would be excited and she just didn't want to deal with it. She instead focused on her son, Teaching him to walk was most important to her at the moment. He was getting way to big to carry everywhere now.
Cheyenne: Good job mommys' sweet boy. You'll be running around here in no time but please take your time.
September was coming to a close which means Cheyenne first month in office was almost over. It was surreal. She had an appointment for the hospital on October 1st. Hopefully they would tell her what she wanted to know.
